The Ball increase the difficulty of an exercise by adding balance and/or leverage challenges, engage the subtle muscles of the core to keep balance.


You can also sit on exercise balls at your desk to keep the abdominal muscles and spine active. Balls add resistance, challenge and variety to the matwork. Some of the exercises are adapted from the Pilates apparatus as well as the fitness circle and barrels.
